Description
The box is made of 2mm-thick greyboard and is covered with black Leatherette Paper, which is waterproof and scratch-resistant.
It is a two-piece telescoping box style, where the top lid and bottom base have the same height, ensuring that the base is not visible from the sides. This design provides sufficient protection for the products inside.
The outside of the top and bottom is wrapped in black Leatherette Paper, while the inside is lined with light grey art paper featuring a matte lamination finish. The bottle pattern on the top lid is embossed, and the Logo is gold foiling stamped.
Initially, our customer opted to make a sleeve that would go through the box, with the embossed bottle shape on the sleeve. However, the embossed effect was not prominent as the embossing treatment required thicker paper. The first sleeve was made of a single paper board, which was not thick enough. For the second attempt, we used Leatherette Paper on the 2mm thickness greyboard, resulting in a clear and impressive embossing effect.
