Description
We made a rigid box for a New Zealand pharmaceutical company that specializes in prescription medicine containing CBD. The box has a lift-off lid structure with three pieces. The lid does not touch the base and has an exposed neck and shoulder. The outside of the box is white with embossed LOGO and printed details. The logo “Auxilio” on the lid is embossed. The inside is wrapped in blue paper, including the neck and shoulder, to match the outside color.
The inside surface of the box is treated with lamination to prevent oil damage. Since the customer is using the box to store syringes and bottles, the syringe will be put back into the box after use, and the oil may drop from it to the bottom of the box.
The box includes two inserts, one for the bottle and another for the syringe. We use rigid material to make the inserts, ensuring they are stable and will not collapse under the weight of the bottle. The syringe insert has a circle hole cut out to hold the syringe, and it is white with no printing.
Details:
The box has two different specifications, one for a 30ml bottle and the other for a 10ml bottle. The box is the same, but with two different inserts. The syringe insert is the same, but the bottle stay platform differs.
The box is hand-made, and the production time takes between 10 to 15 days.
We pack the boxes into five layers of corrugated cartons. If the quantity is large, we will pack the cartons on pallets with wrapping film.
