Description
The box consists of two parts, which is different from a regular lift-off lid box. The top lid is taller than the bottom, making it ideal for displaying products in shopping malls. Additionally, the shorter bottom can display cards in front of customers.
The box comes in powder blue with an eggshell bottom and two different Pantone colors. The top has a logo with black lettering, while the bottom has no letters. The box top measures 3 inches in height, allowing half an inch of the eggshell to show.
The Game Cards Rigid Box surface is coated with matte lamination, while the interior is plain white with no printing or surface treatment. A double wall can also be added to the inside of the top lid.
When you insert the bottom of the box into the top, the bottom box will stop at the added double wall. The surface can also be wrapped in kraft paper, black paper, or special textured paper.
However, the wrapped paper will have creases on the sides. To avoid visible creases, we can use thicker paper to wrap the box, resulting in a smooth surface.
The box is sturdy and durable, with shaped edges and corners. We have a fully automatic machine to manufacture this type of box and can produce up to 10,000 boxes per week. However, our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and orders of less than this quantity require manual production, with a production time of 7 to 10 days.
