Description
The Puzzle Boxes with PVC Window are designed specifically for jigsaw puzzles, and the box style is a lift-off lid box, which is also known as a two-piece rigid box, rigid telescoping box, or top and bottom box. The box consists of a top lid and a bottom base box.
The top lid is printed with the logo and company information, and the surface finish is matte lamination. A square PVC window is included on the top lid, allowing customers to see the jigsaw puzzle inside the box. The bottom base box is white and plain, with no printing, which helps to save on printing costs.
The box has a full covered lid, with the top lid the same height as the bottom base. This design ensures that the product is well-protected. For production turnaround time, we have an automatic production machine that can produce this type of box in just 10 to 20 days.
To ensure the PVC window stays in place during long-term use, we have added an extra piece of paper board inside the lid to secure the window. We also pack each box with a PP bag to prevent dust and keep it dry during transit. Finally, all boxes are packed in a five-layer corrugated carton and wrapped with stretch film on the pallet to ensure safe delivery.
