Chapter 6- Packing & Shipping For Your Custom Packagings

– Leave a peace mind to your cargo!

Do you think it’s important to talk about Packing & Shipping about your custom packagings? If no, have you ever experienced receiving almost-damaged cartons order, and feel depressed? Have you been waiting for a long, long time to receive your order after you make the payment? Let’s talk now; at least you can gain some experience to avoid that shit happens.

The Options You Need To Check

Generally, there are five ways to pack before shipping; they are:

  1. Bundle packing. It’s packing belt to make your custom boxes bags tight, not easy to get dropped down once shipping to you.
  2. Wrapping paper & paperboard. Use a full covered paper or cardboard to wrap your packaging boxes, many pieces in a pack.
  3. Palletized. Stuck your order onto pallets, most recommended by us.
  4. Master carton packing. A good option, but the unit cost is a little high because a single carton can only pack some pieces of your packaging boxes bags.
  5. Shrinkwrapping. Plastic stretch film all-over your cargo, water-resistant, and durable power to make your boxes stay in position.

It would help if you gave your packaging supplier an option, let them know your concern, and then select the best option. Especially paperboard packagings and rigid cardboard boxes, they are easy to get damaged or scratched. You may need a single pack of them and then outer packaged. For the gift box, we suggest you master carton pack, with inserts if need. For corrugated boxes, we recommend kraft paper with bundle + pallet packing generally, small custom packaging items in cartons, big in pallets.

Some customer orders their products in another area in China, and they may need to pack products into the packaging and send it back. Some manufacturers are willing to offer such services, and it depends on their experience and complication degree to set up one full packaging.
