Description of Corrugated Fiberboard

Corrugated Fiberboard, also known as corrugated board, is made of kraft paper or CCNB laminated with corrugated medium paper.

1. Corrugated Fiberboard is available in different colors, including brown kraft board, white kraft board, and white CCNB laminated board.
2. Corrugated Fiberboard is also available in different thicknesses, ranging from 1mm to 13mm. Different thicknesses have different flute codes. The corrugated board is composed of one or two outer plies (in brown or white), with 1-5 liner kraft paper and corrugated liner paper.

Single Face: One medium is glued to one flat sheet of liner board.

Single Wall: The medium is between two sheets of liner board. Also known as Double Face.

Double Wall: Three sheets of liner board with two mediums in between.

Triple Wall: Four sheets of liner board with three mediums in between.

Printing And Finishing Method

For brown Kraft board, we typically use flexo printing, although some customers may request offset printing to make it appear more eco-friendly. If water and moisture resistance is required, we can apply plastic film lamination or varnishing.

For white Kraft corrugated fiberboard, we typically use CMYK flexo printing, although the colors may not be as vibrant as with offset printing. Lamination, varnishing, and hot foil stamping are all accepted.

For white CCNB laminated board, we typically use CMYK offset printing, although unique Pantone colors are also accepted. We accept all print finishing options.
