The Process of Our Designing
Firstly, we created the EVA foam insert to fit the products inside and protect them during shipping. There was also a member card, or greeting card, that needed to be placed inside the box. Initially, we planned to insert it into the EVA foam, but we found that it was easy to fall out. So, thanks to our designer Mr. Wang, he took inspiration from another packaging and created a cardholder structure that is simple but useful. It sticks to the back of the lid securely. Finally, we focused on printing. Since the customer’s logo consists of white and green, and they preferred a natural black look rather than painted black, we decided to use black paperboard with white and green ink printing.
