Yes, collapsible boxes are an excellent style in the packaging industry. However, it is important to determine if this box style is suitable for your needs. Custom collapsible rigid boxes can save on shipping and storage costs as they are flat after production and can be folded up. However, there are situations where it may not be appropriate to use them:
If the box has the same-sized insert, such as foam, cardboard, blister, or similar, you may not be able to save on shipping and storage costs even if the collapsible boxes are folded. Additionally, you may need a package for the inserts that almost takes up the volume of the entire box.
If you are in a hurry to pack the boxes, this style may not be suitable for you. For instance, some take-away food shops have limited time for packing, and they may not have the time to assemble and load products into the collapsible boxes.

TOP & BOTTOM COLLAPSIBLE RIGID BOXES
We are excited to participate in the development of the new box structure and to join your team. One example of our work is the custom collapsible rigid box with a collapsible structure on the right side.
Before folding, the box consists of three parts: the bottom, the body, and the lid. Why do customers need this structure? The reason is that their box is taller than it is wide, making it impossible to use the standard magnetic closure custom collapsible rigid box structure.
However, their product has a tall shape and requires a vertical stand within the box. Therefore, we wanted to create something special to solve this problem. After several rounds of discussions, we have decided to create a hinged-lid lift-off lid rigid box. By adding a foldable bottom part, the entire box can be saved in shipping and storage, except for the small lid, which cannot be folded.

You can view the picture gallery on the right side, which features several printing works and custom collapsible box sizes, all of which share the same foldable and collapsible style. These boxes can be printed inside and outside, with various printing finishes, making them highly flexible.

To assemble the box quickly, simply peel off the adhesive stickers that we have pre-installed on the four corners. There are also several hidden magnets under the laminated paperboard, which easily connect the rigid cardboard flaps to the box body.
