These large boxes provide ample space to display and describe your products, making it an opportunity you wouldn’t want to miss. To create an impressive display, high-quality printing is key.
As shown in the pictures on the left, we have created counter displays for cosmetic jars, eyelash products, sauce packaging, and toys packaging, each with unique printing content and high-quality printing results, resulting in a different visual experience from various angles. Creating these displays is simple with BPS.
We provide a free template of the custom counter display die-line, which you can add your artwork onto. In the file, red lines indicate cutting, and black lines indicate folds. We test the final die-line on a mockup service or sample machine to ensure it works correctly, giving you peace of mind when working with us.

VARIOUS INSERT
Custom counter displays can include inserts to sort and display your products effectively. The right-side picture shows examples of inserts for lipstick tubes, car towels, oil bottles, and cosmetics bottles. Inserts are not pre-installed in the counter displays as the boxes are shipped flat. However, we provide instructions by email in the form of a PDF or video to help you assemble the inserts.
The header area of the counter display can either be a separate part or an extended part of the box body. There are differences between the two options:
- You can replace the separate header to promote a new product and get a new counter display.
- An extended header can make the full box size bigger than what the printing machine can handle.
- An extended header is easier to install than a separate header as it requires a simple fold.
Both options have their benefits, and we can help you choose the best option for your needs.
