How to measure a paper box
If your products have a standard shape, such as round or square, or a common shape, please let us know the size by providing a picture. For round tube-shaped products, we only need to know the diameter and length.
If you haven’t measured the package with so many sides, we kindly ask you to send us a sample of the product so we can develop the correct size packaging for you. It’s important to note that a box has both inner and outer dimensions. The inner dimension refers to the actual size of the room inside the package, while the external dimension is measured from the outside of the box. If you’re unsure about the dimensions, we’ll assume that the inner dimensions are what you need.

If you are finishing the artwork yourself, be sure to include these marks so that our production workers know where to apply the finish.
