A packaging mockup or product mockup is a digital proof that can be checked on a computer for colors, item appearance, and overall quality. We offer a free mockup service when you have an order contract with us. If you only require a mockup as a single request, we will charge you a reasonable fee. There are no limits on the number of colors we can print. We can print up to 20 colors (including CMYK and Pantone colors). Please inform us in advance, and we will provide you with a small layout for your approval.

Stock samples are provided free of charge, regardless of whether it’s a box or paper material. However, customized samples are subject to a fee, which varies depending on the box type and printing finish.

Yes, we can provide you with a printed or plain sample for testing before placing an order. The sample printing time is 3-7 days, and for blank samples, it will only take a day. Please check out the following video showcasing our amazing sample machine.
We always pack our products with Kraft paper and packing bundles for corrugated boxes, and with a master carton for rigid gift boxes and printed paper products. If you have any customized packaging requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to meet your demands.
Order quantities of less than 50,000 pieces will always be fulfilled within 10 days. If the order quantity exceeds 50,000 pieces or if the packaging requires extensive manual processing, negotiation may be necessary.
For some products, we have set a MOQ of 500 units, but for most products, we don’t have a MOQ. Please inform our sales team in advance.
